The superior queen room was wonderful, including hairdryers, terrycloth bathrobes, and shower caps. the service was excellent and the location was great. There was a great restaurant about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The check-in reception was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Sonen Ny. He arranged our rooms close together and had a great smile. The rooms in Naga 2 were comfortable, clean, and bright. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of quality food served. The hotel was high-end with a beautiful interior design. The room had an amazing view of the city and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was super helpful and polite, going above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience.

My room had a beautiful sunrise view, waking up to the reflection in the wardrobe mirror was like a dream. The staff at the bar in the casino were friendly and accommodating. The price for the superior room was great considering it's a 5-star hotel. The staff were helpful and quick to assist when my bag padlock broke. The restaurants and food pavilion offered delicious food and excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Mr. Peter, the duty manager, went above and beyond to ensure I had the best room available. Looking forward to my next visit.

There were a laptop-size safe, a storage, and a coffee table in the room, loved that. It had good location within short walking distance to National Assembly. The daily service was good! The staff was particularly helpful and patient, as for 5-stars hotel.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. the rooms are impeccably clean, with a sofa and a nice view. - the location is particularly good, only 2 miles from Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum.

Pool closed and no gym.

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to many restaurants and shops. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped, allowing for a good workout during my stay.

The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and not very friendly. The rooms were dirty upon arrival, and the cleaning service was not up to par.

The room was great and clean, staff very helpful, delicious breakfast, Mr. Peter the duty manager was accommodating, felt safe with strict infection control measures, convenient and clean food court, sumptuous buffet breakfast and New Year's Eve dinner.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of facilities like restaurants, a casino, and duty-free shops. You can easily spend the whole day in the hotel. The TV programming includes a movie channel.

I felt really happy during my stay and had no reason to complain.
